Concrete
Slab Preparation
Crushed stone is placed within the foundation area to prepare for the installation of concrete floors. The stone is carefully leveled to ensure a uniform surface while all of the necessary utilities that must run beneath the concrete floor are installed.
Building Pad Preparation
A properly prepared building pad ensures the structural integrity of the building by providing a strong and even base that can support its weight and withstand environmental factors.
Rough grading will be completed with a focus on ensuring proper drainage, effective stormwater management, and preventing soil erosion. Once the grading is finalized, the soil will be thoroughly compacted to achieve maximum strength and stability, preparing it to support the building slab.
